This year the Chamber felt that it would like to try a different route for our Scholarships. We are going to do them through the Carroll Community and the Frederick Community Colleges. This will be handled through their Financial Aid Department.
Our applications have been less and less each year. It was voted on at our March meeting to let the community colleges handle the scholarships based on our specifications.
